Moving my current sites to you

Postby James » Sun Jun 20, 2010 2:42 pm

I am trying to get some support on an issue that is really urgent to me as I am worried that my search engine rankings will suffer if its not looked at soon as there is currently a holding page showing rather than my site.

The support ticket number is flagged as critical and number CJI-817920 but I have not heard back yet.

I am trying to move some sites onto your hosting and had a support person log into my old host and move everything across, once this was completed I was told to set my sites nameservers to

ns1.cpuspeedzone.com
ns2.cpuspeedzone.com

which I have done but now I just see a holding page from the old host.

Can anyone advise or do anything to get someone to look at the ticket more quickly, if I lost search engine rankings for one of these sites it will be a total disaster for my business.

Thanks
James

Below is the reply I got from support:

Hello,

While checking with your domain "xxxxxxx.org" dns issue, I'm able to see that your name servers are assigned as ns1.cpuspeedzone.com. & ns2.cpuspeedzone.com. at our end. Kindly update the name servers at your registrar end as follows for your domain xxxxxx.org;

ns1.cpuspeedzone.com. 92.48.109.163
ns2.cpuspeedzone.com. 92.48.109.163

Thank you.

Regards,
Himesh.

I have replied to the ticket with a screenshot of my godaddy admin panel for this site and this shows that I am pointed to the above nameservers but the site is not showing up.
